Meeting of Minds

#Shoutout 12:07 on Tue 25 Apr 2017 by Meeting of Minds   based in/near to ,

MEETING OF MINDS CATCH UP

Meeting of Minds is a parent led support group which gives parents and care givers the opportunity to connect with key professionals in a relaxed and friendly environment. We support families in helping their children with additional/complex needs. We’re already developing positive relationships with many different agencies and charities, and look forward to extending these even further. We also provide the opportunity for parents to meet and support each other, which has already been very beneficial to our members, in what can otherwise be a very isolating experience. Confidentiality is very important to us…..

Yet again we are very lucky to have key professionals popping in for a catch up and to offer any advice that they can. This time we are lucky to welcome-

2 HEALTH VISITORS (Berwickshire&Roxburghshire)
SCHOOL NURSE (Duns, Coldstream, Berwickshire High School)
EDUCATION OFFICER (SBC)
CONTINENCE NURSE

PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH THE COMMITTEE IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO INVITE SOMEONE WHO YOU FEEL WOULD BENEFIT OR YOU YOURSELF

REMEMBER……..THESE OPPORTUNITIES TO SPEAK TO THE PROFESSIONALS ARE RARE AND IT IS GREAT WE ARE ABLE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE

LIKE WISE, YOU CAN ALWAYS POP IN TO MEET SOME OTHER PARENTS DEALING WITH SIMILAR SITUATIONS TO YOURSELF
