​I hold Diplomas in Sports Injuries and Sports Massage and am registered with the Sports Therapy Organisation (STO), Sports Therapy Association (STA) and the Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and abide by their Code of Conduct, Ethics & Performance. I have also worked as a therapist and pitch side medic for a Scottish National League Rugby Union Club.

I am based in Kelso, in the Scottish Borders and practice from my own clinic which is situated just a few minutes away from the town centre.

It was during my many months of rehabilitation following a serious knee injury and major surgery that I first took an interest in injury rehabilitation. I was struck by the level of professionalism, commitment and encouragement shown by the practitioners that oversaw my rehabilitation.

Like those that showed that professionalism, commitment and encouragement to me, I take the same approach with all my patients.
