Over 100lbs (that’s 50kg if you are under the age of 40!) of dried fruit goes into our Famous Original Selkirk Bannock dough, enough to make 300 individually fruity breads. These breads are sold far and wide and there’s no better accolade for us than hearing how much people enjoy our Bannock.
