I am Laura at free spirit yoga! I’m excited to announce another workshop at professionals for health. This workshop is designed for all, new to yoga? This is a great way to start. We will work through-
• Pranayama (breathing techniques) and I will explain more about this and the many benefits on the night.
• Asana practise with a focus on hips! (So much more to the hips. Are you aware that we often store away stress/anxieties and tension subconsciously in the physical body? Feeling tense, tight, anxious? Breathing techniques alone can help manage these feelings.
• A dreamy guided meditation as always to end. (Relaxation) which can be challenging but this part is so important in our yoga practise. We all need time to slow down and feel grounded to the present moment!
Feeling nervous about attending/stepping out your comfort zone? For many it can feel pretty daunting to attend a class/workshop and that’s ok!
