A 4 week gentle introduction to yoga.
These 2 hour sessions will give you time to practice all aspects of yoga and time to ask questions.
We will be working with meditation, asana (postures), pranayama (breath control), relaxation and learn a little about the philosophy behind the practice as we go along.
There will be handouts each week to help you establish a home practice.
This course is suitable for all abilities, complete beginners are welcome as are those who wish to return to yoga or practitioners who want to come with a beginners mind to get a good grounding to what they already know.
