We are excited to join forces with Yoga Scotland to combine a slow, sweet yoga stretch with an energetic hour in the saddle. A Yoga Scotland qualified teacher will take you through yoga moves specifically put together to ensure everyone feels comfortable, confident and ready to ride.
Starting the morning on the yoga mat waking up your body and fine tuning those powerful cycling muscles. A short break with some healthy fuelling snacks and hydration. Then the ride begins!
The session is suitable for everyone from complete novices to spin regulars, or those who havenβt been for a while.
A warm welcome awaits and a sweaty ending is guaranteed!
