Sun 18th Nov – Charity Fundraising Showjumping Competition 9.30am-4pm

At Ian Stark Equestrian Centre, Greenhill Farm House, Selkirk, TD7 4NP

Schedule

An unaffiliated charity show jumping competition to raise funds for The Borders Renal Dialysis Unit based in the Borders General Hospital. This show jumping competition is open to all horses & ponies. There will also be a raffle on the day in aid of The Jed Forest Hunt.
In each class there are some brilliant prizes on offer for 1st – 3rd which have been kindly donated by our sponsors. There will be rosettes for 1st – 6th place in each class with an additional rosette and prize for the highest place ex racehorse very kindly sponsored by L.C Eventing.

Entry Fee £10.00 per class (Children under 10 years old, entry £5.00 in class 1)

Class 1 – Max Height 45cm Kindly sponsored by “Equitait Veterinary Practice”
This class is restricted to horses/ponies which have not won at this height or above more than three times. This class will be suitable for small children and lead reins too.

Class 2 – Max Height 65cm Kindly sponsored by “Brian Storey racing & Professional Equine Services”
This class is restricted to horses/ponies which have not won at this height or above more than three times.

Class 3 – Max Height 75cm Kindly sponsored by “Clive Storey Equestrian Services & The Crafty Foxes”
This class is restricted to horses/ponies which have not won at this height or above more than three times.

Class 4 – Max Height 85cm Kindly sponsored by “LIP Construction”
This class is restricted to horses/ponies which have not finished in the top 3 at any British Event.

Class 5 – Max Height 95cm Kindly sponsored by “Geoff & Elspeth Adam, Rhymers Stables”
This class is open to any horse/pony.

Class 6 – Max Height 105cm Kindly sponsored by “Harriet Graham Racing”
This class is open to any horse/pony.

Entries close on Wednesday the 14th of November 2018.

Late entries may be accepted at £15.00 each and there will be 5 slots per class for entries on the day which will be charged at £15.00 too and allocated on first come first served basis.

Entries to be made via entry form (I will upload to this event) and some will be available in local Harbro and Carrs Billington stores.

Rules:
1. All classes are open to ponies and horses.
2. Entries will not be accepted unless payment is received by the closing date.
3. Hard hats must be worn at all times when mounted.
4. Horses and ponies must not be left unattended whilst tied to trailers/lorries.
5. Horse/pony and rider may compete in up to 3 classes.
6. By entering this event you are agreeing to abide by the rules.
7. The organisers of this event and Ian Stark Equestrian Centre do not accept any liability for accident, damage or injury to any horse, rider, spectator or any other person or property whatsoever. Riders and all others are advised to have their own insurance.
