THIS WEDNESDAY – Dessert Night with Firebrick Brasserie, Lauder from 7pm

We haven’t had a dessert night for a while! So here’s your chance.

We start with a light savoury course, a glass of prosecco, then 4 sweet courses. This time we are including a demonstration from Amanda and some tips!

Crispy filo parcel, flambeed apples

Demonstration – Apple and Custard Tart, Chocolate Mousse, you will have a chance to try these too!
