Today I am hosting a Mental Wellbeing information day at Eastgate Theatre and Arts Centre in Peebles to raise awareness of the support available for people concerned about their mental wellbeing.

A number of regional charities and organisations including, the National Rural Mental Health Forum, along with representatives from NHS Borders will be available for a chat at this informal drop in which runs from 11am until 3pm in the café.

We all have mental health that we need to take care of. Hopefully this information day can show people that there is support available. Drop by if you are free.
