This is a 4 weeks in-person guided self-discovery group, and learning how to eat Keto properly and safely.
If you follow the simple instructions and stick to them you will lose weight and feel better mentally.

Choose either to start on a Wednesday pm or Saturday am

By the end of the 4 weeks, you will be free from sugar and understand Keto.

*Personal 30mins Zoom to discuss you aims, likes and dislikes and anything else you want to discuss or ask
(worth £50 x 1)

*On the day you will enjoy a delicious homemade Keto dinner or breakfast depending which day you choose to be part of and get inspired to cook your own Keto meals.
(Worth £60 over the 4 weeks)

You will take away 3 days worth of snacks to help you to start your week and curb those cravings
(Worth £40 over the 4 weeks)

You will get recipes for the week to get your started and a shopping list so you know exactly what to buy to successfully make Keto meals for you and your family (Worth £100 over the 4 weeks)

You will be given a step by step guide every week on how to manage your week, and what to expect. Get super excited with the results if you follow the simple instructions. (worth £240 over the 4wks)

A hypnotherapy/relaxation/discussion session with the aim to accept your body and be gentle with yourself
Worth £160

You will have access to 24 hours support from Dorthe and be part of a close and confidential WhatsApp group where we
.will share our progress and experiences

Small intimate self-discovery group

Enjoy breakfast or dinner together and a chat and some coaching about Keto and acceptance.

No where do I claim I know it all or to be a dietitian. I’m here to facilitate the group and hold the space. To sharing my love for food and cooking. To give away what I have discovered and what has worked brilliantly for me.
Please note I’m still on that journey and loath diets and love eating. I’m constantly learning new things and ingredients I didn’t know existed.
