We think it’s time to focus on something a bit more positive – like our beautiful surroundings and the respite they provide us with during these challenging times.

When we were contacted by Borders Forest Trust, asking for our support in getting a beautiful rowan tree from near Moffat in the Scottish Borders crowed European Tree of the Year, we knew you’d be happy to go online and vote.

The tree, which is one of 2 million trees planted by Borders Forest Trust, is the UK’s entry into the competition. You can vote at www.treeoftheyear.org until the end of February.
