Lauderdale Limpers and Gala Harriers join forces for their annual joint social run along the Southern Upland Way which this year goes from Tweedbank to Lauder. Distances are 10 miles from Tweedbank (10.00) , 6 from Mosshouses (10.45) or 4 (11.00) from Bluecairn. Arrange your own transport and enjoy hot refreshments at the end.
