Since about 1990, when the policy of ‘Set Aside’ was introduced to the UK, we have followed the farming and conservation land development.
Over the last three years we have not only maintained that ethos but become organic, and turned the farm to mainly grass, agriforestry and wild flower meadow, continuing to protect the SSSI status of the Blackadder River which flows through the Dean.
This concept shapes everything we do, from our farming practices to thinking behind our membership model. We have now opened the 700 acres to welcome a community of people who wish to reflect, restore and revive through healing, sharing skills with experiential learning.
We invite you to become a member to assist us and maintain the stewardship of this beautiful land.
