I have online classes  Wednesday, Thursday & Fridays & in-person classes in Denholm on Tuesday evenings. Soon, in Hawick I will teach Chair Yoga for people who may have balance issues or getting on to the floor is not an option.

Slow, mindful yoga balances the nervous system. It is innercise rather than exercise.  Mental health improves. Energy levels are balanced &  relief from chronic pain is possible. Also self compassion around body issues.

I have run yoga & mindfulness day retreats & also creative writing & yoga day retreat with a published author. I am offering yoga & art day in the Autumn. I am a trained artist.
