Our off grid location boasts incredible dark sky nights with privacy and seclusion 4 miles from the main road, yet easily accessible from Scotland’s main airports and transport links.

Sleeping up to ten guests in beautifully appointed rooms all with en-suites, the property is ideal for enjoying the natural expansive landscape on its doorstep.
4 rooms are interchangeable as twin or super king set up.
Our master suite features a hand-carved sleigh bed with in room bath.

Sustainability, it’s in our roots

We care deeply about the natural environment. That’s why our lodge and estate is fuelled by hydroelectric, biomass and solar. Water is sourced straight from the hills and is cleansed with UV light.
Our commitment to our guests and our community means we offset every stay by planting trees on the estate, so all you leave behind are your footprints whilst taking special memories with you.
Wherever possible we strive to do our best by keeping our surroundings as natural as we can to encourage as much biodiversity on the estate as we possibly can. This amongst other things lets ground nesting birds and insects to thrive, frogs to spawn and deer to visit.
