We specialise in offering Mantrailing and Scent Detection training for pet dogs, both these sports are brilliant for all breeds and ages of dogs especially for dogs with behavioural problems.
I also offer 121 training for behaviour/training problems either in person or online style while restrictions are in place.

My name is Kevin and I run Borders Mantrailing & Scent Training. I have been actively involved in both these sports for over six years either teaching or competing with my dogs!
I am an accredited Mantrailing UK Instructor & Assessor along with being a Blue Level WSDA (World Scent Dog Association), accredited Scentwork UK Instructor, Judge & Trails Manager so you know you and your dog are in good hands with me…
I am also very proud to call myself a Force, Pain & Fear Free trainer, meaning I used science-based training techniques and reward-based training.
I hold several diplomas in behaviour and training and my background of over seven years working in the rescue field, I have also run hundreds of training classes and workshops over the last six years helping hundreds of owners and their dogs.
