Fitness isn’t just a job for me, it’s my passion. I used fitness as a way to rebuild my mind and body after a long illness, and I’m passionate about helping other people to do the same.

I offer the following:

  • 1-1 PT sessions at my private gym in St Boswells (or buddy sessions if you’d like to train with a friend)
  • Bootcamps at St Boswells Rugby Club
  • Online Coaching
  • 8 week programmes designed to take you from beginner to confident gym goer

I’ve trained people from all different backgrounds and love working with anyone who is dedicated to putting in the work to improve their lives.

Whether you’re completely new to exercise and want to start your fitness journey, you’re training for a specific sport or event, or you’re looking to overcome an illness/injury, I’d be delighted to help you reach your goals.
