As a personal trainer I love working with people one to one to help build their knowledge in the gym and showing why it is good for us to be physically fit! This helps us mentally too and is a good stress relief for busy bees!

I do nutrition plans as I know how important it is to fuel our bodies the right way! And I enjoy teaching this to people so they can stay on track with their health goals whatever they may be!

My bootcamps are indoor in the winter but outdoors in the spring and summer, I love the outdoors and I know the benefits mentally from getting ourselves back out with nature and getting fresh air!

Our walks take place every Sunday where we choose somewhere different each time, again it is important for us to get out and about and have a laugh when we can 😁 dogs welcome too!
