Penelope Petstop is run by Penny Wight who had over 20 years experience of caring for dogs, horses and other animals. Fully insured and police checked. Penny has a fully kitted out van for safely transporting dogs and small animals. It is also a great vehicle to reach houses and stables etc… to care for horses.
