The Barn is a warm and cosy 2 bedroom self contained holiday home located in the pretty Scottish Borders village of Ettrickbridge.

The Barn lies in the beautiful Ettrick Valley within the Scottish Borders.

The Barn is above a beautiful oak framed car port/garage. Access is by an external staircase to an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area with fully fitted kitchen and separate dining area for 4 people. 2 bedrooms, one with king-size bed, the other with twin beds and room for a travel cot in both rooms. A fully fitted bathroom with P shape shower/bath. 

​We leave you a welcome pack with homemade cake, bread, butter, milk, tea and coffee, sugar and a wee dram of something special.  We have toys, games and books for children and lots of space for the children to run about. We are situated within a 3 acre paddock with a burn at the bottom of the field. We have an enclosed BBQ area for guests to use with tables chairs and benches and a gas fired BBQ for your use.  We also have off-road parking for a maximum of two guest vehicles.
