Helping unemployed young people find their futures.

Works+ has been supporting young people in the Scottish Borders since 2018. Our unique approach prioritises confidence and wellbeing alongside developing skills and employability options.

Depending on the needs of each client, we work either in small groups or one-to-one. If you’re between 16 and 24 and unemployed, we can help you.

Since 2013, he has been directly involved in youth employability in the Scottish Borders, managing an employability hub alongside corporate engagement, fundraising and networking to develop opportunities for young people.
